My previous groomer was requiring my dog to be muzzled, tranquilized, and I could not leave the premise during his appointment. Fluff shook their head and could not understand this and had no problems with him. They obviously know how to handle dogs better. Thank you for taking good care of Gunner. 5 out of 5 stars.

Fluff is the absolute best pet Grooming option in NEPA!
You can see the genuine love the staff has for the animals immediately!
The owner herself brings her own dog(s) everyday to interact and make the other pups feel comfortable…showcasing her devoted love for dogs and animals alike!
After multiple experiences and grooming’s for my 1 then 3 then 2 (RIP Buster) dogs over many years - there is no other place I’d ever choose!

The only place I will ever bring my babies! They're the sweetest and treat your fur family like their own. I call it Buddhas spa day because once she gets in the car she's so relaxed and happy she takes a nice nap :)
