He came to the house, looked around, gave suggestions, measured and gave us a quote. He also was not the pushy salesman type, just honest. They were installed earlier than expected which was wonderful. The installation was just as easy. The men were wonderful. Inside two bay windows were replaced and we were concerned about the work removing the window seats and the siding on the outside, but they are beautiful!! Eight windows and they were done in a day.
