Lady is very rude. And crazy inconsiderate . We have an apartment on apple street which is where three jacks, the day care, and an Italian restaurant is. Sometimes there’s no parking for our house and we have to make do, so we park in her lot which is usually empty or filled with cars from the bar. She’s got back and front parking, so I didn’t think she’d mind. How busy can a small salon like that actually get . But no - she doesn’t care that our parking lot gets over filled with people from the bar so we can’t park. Sometimes we have to walk a few blocks with laundry because of the bar. But if someone parks in her lot - she just calls the cops and gets it...read full review

Wanted to schedule an Appointment for my wife ... as soon as I parked I was told I was not allowed to park in the Parking lot of Lox at 9am because “ she would be opening up soon” so I moved my vehicle and then waited for the lady who told me to move my truck to a new location to show up, left me waiting for more then 20 mins outside... plus she doesn’t even open till 930 to start with..... I’m still confused on why I was asked to move my truck out of the parking lot for your business to shop at your business??

Been going to Lox for almost 15 years now... ill never go anywhere else... I have gotten haircuts a handful of times around the area and no one cuts like Carm , Walter and the rest of the crew... great salon
