I was scheduled for an open mri and ct scan at the Dunmore location, I am extremely claustrophobic and the last open mri I had I had to have a Valium and my spouse hold my hand. Well when I arrived, the open mri wasn’t working, I was ready to leave when Danielle came out and said we can do this, I will get you through it. Next thing I knew Lori, the woman doing the ct scan came out and was very calm and helpful, she did the scan in no time and I was off to the mri. Danielle, I hope the name is right, was a professional, but made me feel like I could do it, she kept letting me know what and how long each session was. I had to get an MRI brain scan and about halfway through it. I had an anxiety attack… One of the technicians held my hand during the second set of pictures. I think she was an angel. This went way beyond anything that I would've expected everybody there is very professional!
