Knowing that Doctor Imler has 'my family's vision issues/problems' under his professional care on a yearly basis; that if 'an issue/problem' does occur, that he and his competent staff (Reception - Angela, Lesley, Technician - Susan, and Optical - Rob, Tiffany, Elizabeth!) will be able to take care of it.
I was in the area visiting my parents when I got something in my eye. The friendly staff made room for me in the schedule and Dr. Caldwell was fantastic! He invited my 68 year old father back in the exam room. He had my dad look through the microscope at the "foreign matter" and explained the process of removing it.I only wish he had an office in the city where I live.
