We bought our Clayton Desoto from Black's in Osceola Mills. JR is an outstanding salesman! Especially patient (with me and my endless questions) and very knowledgeable. We are currently in the phase of "its set in place on our lot, but so many normal, time consuming things need done" like electric, water, sewer, siding, HVAC, etc. Todd is our site coordinator. Believe me, you could NOT find a better, more knowledgeable person to help you through this process!! The thing I appreciate most is that Todd is so respectfull. He treats us with professional respect. Not only as a customer, but he genuinely cares about our satisfaction. I highly recommend Black's home sales!
Our house buying experience was an experience. My wife and I heard about Blacks Home Sales and decided to make the one and a half hour drive to look through their homes. We were greeted with a friendly voice and smile from what ended up being our salesman, Vernon. He worked very hard to make sure we had a great experience and to be sure we were getting what we wanted. My wife and I were very great full for all of his help and kindness. The unfortunate part about our process was that we did it in the middle of Covid. Every time we adjusted something on the house, the price increased tremendously. Everyone did their best to get us locked into a price before the price got out of hand due to lumber and appliance prices were rising. The house took a few months longer then they expected to get to our location but again, I blame that on Covid more then I do Blacks. The house was set a few weeks after it showed up and the set crew were complete professionals and did a fantastic job. One of the most aggravating parts about this was our home sat for 2 months without the siding being finished on the sides. I called and complained over and again but the person in charge of my project was not relaying information. I had a lot of issues with that one person. One day I got a call from a lady named Shelby, questioning how everything was going. I explained my frustrations on how nothing had been touched and no one was working on it. From that day forward, we have worked with Shelby and have had a great experience. I have called her with issues on a Sunday, (hoping to get her voicemail) and she answered and had my problem fixed the following day. She is the reason we got in our house when we did. If I could do this project over again, one of the only things I would change is I would have requested for her to be in charge of my home from day 1. Between Shelby and Vernon, they have made my wife and I’s life alot easier. Everyone at Blacks seemed to be friendly but those two people are very special to my wife and I and we could not thank them enough.
