After seeing an Optometrist in Olean, I was seen by Dr. Rickard at Laurel Eye Clinic in DuBois a few days ago. He provided the most thorough eye exam I ever had. I left there knowing what my medical issue is after months of discussions with other doctors including my PCP. He is a very skilled, knowledgeable MD. I am grateful they got me in so soon. Beautiful facility. Pleasant employees who checked each other on accuracy of my vision prescription. Eye doctor was thorough as always. Eyeglass tech was patient and willing to answer questions. She thoroughly explained the prices and options for frames and lenses.

Everyone involved, secretary, nurses, anesthesiologist and the doctor were extremely nice and truly interested in my care by explaining and also answering all my questions. I wanted to name each person but wouldn't want to forget anyone. Thanks for your excellent care, Erwin.
