So Erin brought me back to do my hair again but before color, she did a mineral wash and mask,(I don’t think she had to.) We figured out it was my fault the color washed out the more we talked about how I take care of my hair. My hair feels amazing and looks great. She even charged only half to redo it for me. She went above and beyond for me.
