I want to thank the staff, especially the Doctor. She was so kind. Today Smushy crossed the rainbow bridge and the staff made it a beautiful experience. Smush had food allergies so he only got dog food. The special room had a variety of treats he was so happy to eat some goodies. They even had a jar of Hershey kisses labeled goodbye kisses. Surprisingly Smushy spit that out. When it was time for him to rest they brought a little pillow for his head. After it was done the Doctor kissed his head and said goodbye. Dr. Harmon is an exceptional veterinarian. My cat Nancy suffered from a difficult health condition later in life. Dr. Harmon and the staff at Animal Hospital of Dubois were incredibly knowledgeable, conscientious, and kind. At every appointment, sometimes on very short notice, they went above and beyond. We were able to give my little gal the best possible quality of life, and that meant the world to me.
Their new building is an excellent facility as well. Everything is clean and modern. The layout allows you to bring your pet in without them getting stressed out by other animals coming and going. I’m grateful to have such a great vet nearby. Highly recommended.
These folks took our 3 l'il dogs as new patients gladly (we just relocated from Southern Nevada) treatment was exceptional, you can tell everyone there really cares about your critters. Good communication and super helpful information about threats in the area , some our babies never faced. They are definitely our new puppy doctors!
