I was dreading having people come out to give an estimate. Mostly, the fear of feeling pressured. Out of the three estimates, Bath Max treated us like peopleMy mother is handicap I needed our current tub to be turned into a walk-in shower for her. Jimmy from Bath Max allowed us to talk and he was natural. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I was waiting until a year after the installation to see how things held up before writing review. Jim, the design consultant, was professional, honest and knowledgeable. He completely spelled things out, and there were no surprises. They were competitively priced and did phenomenal work. A year later, the shower is still beautiful and it is obvious of the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them.Service: Shower refinishing
