Customer service is wonderful. I had problem with vacuum bag debris; took vacuum into store. They could have sold me $40 of new bags but proceeded to give me direction on using bags I had on hand. (They clipped hole in bags I had from previous vacuum - where the bag adheres to vacuum). No charge. Who does that?? 5 stars for sure. Nice experience. Thank you.
Bob is great guy and a wealth of information. My husband and I bought the SEBO K3 and used it when we got home. Our carpets seem so much fluffier and the K3 got so much more dust/ dirt out of our carpet than our old vacuum.
After my 15 year old Miele Olympus vacuum’s hose broke, I was beyond thrilled to find Sambuco’s who specialized in repair and service for Miele. Service and communication was excellent: I dropped off my vacuum on a Saturday and had a text the following Tuesday to describe the cost for repair and cleaning. Picked up on Friday and in less than a week, my machine is functioning like it was a decade ago. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable - reminding me why supporting small businesses is so important.
