I had been dealing with a facial skin rash on and off for over a year. My family religiously went to Dr. Spiers for 10 plus years. Unfortunately, insurance changed and I had to go elsewhere. They misdiagnosed me and it never fully went away. The minute we changed insurance companies I went right back to Dr. Elizabeth Spiers. She thoughtfully and carefully listened to my concerns, looked at photos that I had taken over the year, and immediately ordered a skin patch test. Dr spiers is a brilliant dermatologist. She has received recognition as the Top Doc in Philadelphia magazine eight years in a row . That alone speaks for itself . A true woman of integrity and immeasurable knowledge mixed in with kindness and compassion

I had my first visit today with Dr. Spiers. The whole experience was outstanding. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Spiers had time for a full body check instead of the shorter appointment I had scheduled. She was kind and patient, explained everything she was doing and I felt very much at ease. I would recommend her to anyone!
