Come early so you “have” to wait in their most relaxing lounge…I usually get a massage + with Polina…she listens to what you need and gets it done! I always walk out like I’m floating on air. Joan does a wonderful job on my nails, professional and friendly…does a superb job and is very attentive! The spa in general is very clean, organized, on time, all staff are friendly and helpful. The spa has beautiful surroundings, a lot to offer, great hours, a true serene spa....Serenity will NOT disappoint!
