I made an online appointment with Roto-Rooter yesterday for this morning. They contacted me the same day to confirm the appointment. Mike arrived in time, and he was very polite, professional, friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained what was needed to clear the clog in the bathtub drain and the price. He also suggested ways to prevent the issue from recurring. I was very pleased with his service, not pleased with the price.
