I have had holly the past few times and has has been amazing! This place is always accommodating and happy to take me as a last minute appointment or walk in! I really thought holly has done an amazing job on my nails as well!Services: Waxing

I called Aug 20 to schedule a fill in appointment for the upcoming Sunday at 12pm. They took down my name, phone number and told me it would be $35, I said okay. I get there on Sunday Aug 22, and they say there is no record of me calling, or my name or number. As I am picking a color, the woman comes up to me and shows me her phone and ask when I called. So now I'm being called a liar, so I take out my phone and show her I called Aug 20 at 9:48 AM. She walked away and NEVER apologized. They had a tech take me and rushed me and was very rough. The thumbs look like gobs of gel. When I went to pay they charged me $40, not $35 as they specified on the phone.... read full review
