I reached out to the manager via Messenger and was apprehensive as to if I would even hear back. Barb got back to me quickly and answered my question. She was very responsive from there even though apparently she was off that day. Barb said I could call and ask for her assistant manager to further assist me, which she did. I was able to get an appointment for that evening and I appreciated the time taken to cut my hair to the desired style. There was a friendly greeting as I entered the salon. Everyone is always professional and friendly and the salon is always clean and organized.
Good promotions on products too. My daughter Tessa loves getting her haircut by Stephanie who is just a ray of sunshine.

Jordan did an amazing job! Took my 16 year daughter here yesterday for low lights. She had a full head of thick bleach blonde hair! Photo doesn’t do it the justice it deserves but she wanted her root color back for a more natural look. Her hair looks absolutely gorgeous!
