When I walked in, I was greeted by the person behind the desk. Trasa came out to get me within minutes. She is always has a smile on her face and is so friendly. While she was tending to my eyebrows we engaged in a very pleasant conversation. My eyebrows have never looked better! I checked out with the young lady at the front desk and we got to talking, she is very personable and friendly. Before going I had no intention of buying another wax pads, but after my visit and how amazing my eyebrows looked I changed my mind. Thank you Trasa for an terrific experience!
