Class-Harlan Real Estate

It was indeed a pleasure working with Melanie Rush at Class-Harlan real estate. During our quite long search for a new home she was very patient, helpful and supportive. My wife and I always felt that she had our best interests in mind and was really striving for us to find the perfect home. She pointed out things both good and bad about properties we saw that we hadn’t noticed. Once we found a place we loved Melanie’s professionalism, knowledge and excellent communication skills made the whole process, from making an offer to closing, as seamless and stress free as possible. I can wholeheartedly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a realtor.

My loan partner, Vickie McClatchy, and I had the pleasure of working with Glenn Nemath on several transactions, and he is truly an outstanding realtor. He’s incredibly attentive to his clients, always providing top-notch service and making sure their best interests come first. As a buyer’s agent, he’s excellent, knowledgeable, proactive, and always on top of every detail. I have no doubt he’d be just as exceptional on the listing side as well. Highly recommend Glenn for anyone’s real estate needs!

We used Todd McCarty to buy our personal home. He and his team were phenomenal. I had a million questions, and he always had an answer. He helped navigate through needing to have the septic and the HVAC replaced and working it into settlement with ease. He was always a step ahead and everyone we have used through this process via his recommendations were wonderful. Todd is super knowledgeable and honest. He has gained a lifelong customer!
