They clearly use the lowest cost contractors who don’t take pride in the work they do, from plaster being shot all over my yard to damaging my pavers on my deck. I had them open my pool this spring and it was problem after problem from that point on. They did come back out after initially saying they couldn’t make it back for weeks and said they fixed the problem by cleaning the filter. A week later we were having the same issue. We opened up our filter and it was absolutely filthy. So they clearly did not clean it. We asked them to come back out and they just never returned our phone calls or emails. This review is specifically for the retail location and the pool service team. The retail store has been amazing. Great customer service when it comes to testing, products and recommendations on multiple questions. As for the service department ,I would like to give a shout out to Brian who has closed and opened my pool and the service people in the office , Susan and (pardon me I forget the other persons name as I only spoke to her once)

I would not recommend. They contract everything out & we had a terrible experience. Our pool was finally completed but if we could do it over again we'd pick a better company as this was such a headache to get done.
