They stayed in touch with us on the project details and were very accommodating when we had to work through a little hiccup. The installation crews that they sent out to do the installation on both projects did an excellent job. Both times, very respectful of our house and did a great job cleaning up. WOW! What an amazing business with excellent customer service and high quality! From the minute we made an inquiry and appointment, walked into the showroom, went home with boards, requested additional samples, ordered our rug and had it installed, every single person at this small company, including the owner, were engaged, super helpful, and kind. We are thrilled with the finished product and the whole process was so easy! We are especially grateful to Jackie who was with us every step of the way and always accessible to answer our questions. After speaking with 2 other wood floor refinishing companies we decided on Superior for our kitchen, sunroom, foyer and hallway. The crew did a fantastic job and the craftmanship is exceptional. Matt explianed the deliverables and the final cost was very competitive. The team working on the refinishing were polite, professional and the attention to detail gave us a wood floor that looks brand new! I would highly reccomend Superior for wood floor refinishing.
