We had two power outages in the past 24 hours caused by severe thunderstorms. My emergency generator came on but only ran for about 15 seconds and stopped running. I called another company three times, Explain the problem and was told that I would get a call back But no one ever called me back. And then called Jamac, and when I explained the situation, they had a technician here to take care of my problem less than an hour. The technician diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part in his truck to get the generator up and running. Can’t say enough good things about Jamac and will continue to use them every time. From start to finish they were on point. Professional and courteous. On time for every appointment and explained everything along the way. Went above and beyond for us the whole way through the install process. To make it even better we had an outage that only affected our house. Long and drawn out with PECO but PECO came through greatly at the end JAMAC was notified of a few hiccups that were not honestly their fault by any means. They stood tall and fixed what was needed to get us thru the outage which included bringing in a back up unit if needed. Thankfully it wasn’t needed.
