From start to finish they were on point. Professional and courteous. On time for every appointment and explained everything along the way. Went above and beyond for us the whole way through the install process. To make it even better we had an outage that only affected our house. Long and drawn out with PECO but PECO came through greatly at the end JAMAC was notified of a few hiccups that were not honestly their fault by any means. They stood tall and fixed what was needed to get us thru the outage which included bringing in a back up unit if needed. Thankfully it wasn’t needed. Then came back after we had power to do what else was needed including our maintenance which was do. I was out of town and they would not leave my family without power. They worked their butts off to make sure my family was protected and had power. I mean this day and age who does that. I’m so thankful for JAMAC and their crew. Total protection no matter what. I will give them 20 stars if I could. Thanks a million everyone.
