Foxfield is not a veterinary practice to me and my animals but rather they are family. I have no idea where I would be without their veterinary care and advice. I began coming to this practice in September 2023 and they have changed my life. Being a young pet owner, my concerns have been constantly dismissed at other practices until I came here. The entire staff from the front desk girls, to Sammi to Dr. Matt, they all go above and beyond. They are easily reached and offer all advice they can when sent emails with pictures. They always circle back if they need to ask the vet or leave a note the same day. I have never had an issue getting an appointment. If they felt that any of my pets had to be seen, they made the time to see them. Any questions I ever had about pricing have always been met with a reasonable and sensible explanation with a kind delivery. If mistakes were made, they always rectified. For this level of veterinary care I would pay anything but truly I feel that very penny I spent here was worth it. We are so sad to be leaving the practice (only due to relocation) but we consider any patient at Foxfield extremely lucky to be in their care. Love Micaela, Yoshi, Milo and Loki
Everyone has been awesome and I can't recommend them enough. My vet went out of business in the summer of 2020 and last year, I was in need of a new vet. My sister found Foxfield. Unfortunately, we could only bring 2 of our dogs at a time - together, we had 3. Since my girl, Kiva, was always active and healthy - and just needed her vaccines - we decided to take my sister's 2 dogs in 1st. My sister was super happy with her experience and I decided I would take Kiva there too. Unfortunately, she never made it to her first visit. Last September, s he died suddenly in her sleep. I was absolutely devastated and they took care of my beloved girl in death and handled all the arrangements for her cremation. They didn't even know me or Kiva and treated us as if we had always been going there. I now have a new family member, Gus, who is 14 1/2 weeks old and have been taking him to Foxfield for all his puppy needs. Dr Matt is absolutely great with Gus and I highly recommend him. He truly cares about your pets.
I am absolutely blown away by the team at Foxfield! We have been thinking of switching vets for a few months, ours was too far and just not giving us the attention and care we were looking for. We were frustrated! We had to switch a little sooner than expected because of something pressing and they got back to us within 24 hours, every person we spoke to was so kind and professional. For the last 6 years we’ve had to drug our dog to bring him in due to anxiety and aggression but this team took time to make him comfortable and he was at ease. I am so impressed with the care that BamBam got, how quickly he got it and this amazing team. Thank you thank you thank you Foxfield!
