The Very Best Services Ever! Steve is so personable, efficient, masterfully skilled and resolved all of my computer problems in a expert fashion. He was on time for our scheduled appointment, and did everything necessary to fix every issue I had while educating me in the process. I contacted Steve when I kept running into overheating issues with my pc. He was awesome at helping me diagnose the problem and and then help on fixing and resolving everything. He was super efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again when needed!
I was frantic when I stupidly clicked on something and instantly malware appeared on my laptop. It took over my whole screen so I couldn't access anything! I shut it down but was so worried that my personal info was in jeopardy. I called Byte Me and Steve got back to me quickly. He was able to calmly walk me through fixing the problem and reassured me that all was OK since I did not actually call the # attached to the malware. I can't thank him enough. I truly would have lost sleep over this. Steve is the MAN!!!!
