We had to have our roof replaced due to damage. The roof itself looks great. The communication was minimal at best. We had to reach out several times to get a date, so we could take off work. We were told it would be within a week, it was a month later. Once they got the sale, they dropped the ball multiple times. We were told they would clean up the area, they did not. We found a nail in our driveway as we went to park our car and handfuls of insulation and plastic on the ground. We were told the sales rep would be back for a walk around and the final pmt. I had been speaking to Jeremy at TC Backer about sending someone out to my home and seal up some extremely old flashing where I had a small leak. I also used them to get a quote for a partial roof replacement, skylight install, and soffit installation as I knew my roof was incredibly old. Howie came out and looked around and gave me some advice on what to do and how efficiently spend my money on replacing the roof. He came back with Jeo to seal up the flashing they saw a few other spots they needed to do and leaf blowed one little flat part that I wasn't able to get to.
