“Chad came to our home to put lighting into our dining room ceiling. I'm not sure how he was able to do it, but he did it! We are in a condo building with concrete floors and steel beams and studs. He was working with about 3/4 of an inch of space. It was a miracle! Before this the dining area had no overhead lighting at all. He was fantastic.
