I originally posted several months ago under my maiden name. Im giving more stars because my dog lucy was well taken care of with her dental health, I loved the vet I saw. They were honest and thorough and the vet was very kind and caring.
The trouble i had was with our senior dog. We brought her in on three separate occasions for blood pressure readings and each time she was reported at 220, on the nose. After the first reading, douglasville had us put Sammy on BP meds. After two weeks on the meds, my husband brought her in and didnt come back with any meaningful information. Absolutely the best! Dr. Paull saved my dog’s life years ago and did a great job managing his rare and multiple health issues. It was because of him that my dog lived way beyond his life expectancy, considering all of his diagnoses. Tammy and the rest of the staff have always been super kind and treated my dog as if he was their own.
I took my very anxious dog to see Dr. Pangakis for the first time. We were greeted by our nurse, Jamie, who was so extremely kind and understanding. I explained my dog's anxiety and said it was best for very slow introductions and if I can stay with him he would feel better. When Dr. Pangakis came in the exam room, she and Jamie both took their time and made me and my dog feel safe and comfortable. I am beyond pleased with his care.
