Today, Douglasville mechanical installed a package unit, both heat and air outside my property. They were timely. It was a fast installation. They were super friendly, super accommodating. I got all my answers to all of my questions answered. Tyler and Kevin made me feel very comfortable. They were really nice hardworking guys!
Wonderful experience. My HVAC was not working. I called Monday morning at 8:15. A service technician (Caleb) arrived at 9:45, and my HVAC was working 90 minutes later. The technician was very well spoken and very professional. And when I called to make the appointment I actually spoke to a real person.
