My service technician, Lou, was not only informative but also understanding of my budget constraints. He tailored a service plan that met my needs without any pressure. Lou and the service team at Devon did a great job with my vehicle, sharing personal videos of work being done along with suggestions to help save me time on upcoming services. They always got me in and out with a loaner very quickly! Will keep coming here for all my BMW service needs!

Pulled my car out of my garage & noticed a bubble in the side-wall. Got in touch with Jeff, my vehicle advisor & he said....bring vehicle in, I have the tire in stock. Took my time driving, since I didn't want it to blow on the road. Got to Devon & he immediately came over & took my vehicle to get worked on. He even had a loaner for me. While it was being worked on, Tech checked brake (all good there) & other tires! Long story short....both rear tires were in need of replacement soon. So my baby has new tires & everything else was in working order. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my 2 vehicles taken care of! They're the BEST at... read full review
