I called in the morning before they opened to make an appointment to squeeze in before Christmas. I got a same day for my 4yo and 6yo.Appropriate vibe (music playing but nothing explicit - conversation about sports and things). We were taken on time, their manner was super attentive to my hopes and respectful to my boundaries - like not edging the front.
