I also had a fur baby emergency the day after Christmas and I am so grateful to the staff and doctor for getting us in. My bunny was in GI stasis and I called as soon as they opened. They were able to get him in for an afternoon appointment and I can honestly say they saved his life. The staff was kind and the doctor knew just what to do. As for the other reviews left about the day after Christmas I can tell you that the staff was overwhelmingly busy! They had emergency after emergency and people can only do so much. We waited for an hour but I’m not complaining. I understand that emergencies happen and people can only do their best.

The morning after Christmas I discovered my cat had an infection that required immediate surgery. We are a client of Ridgeview and they have seen this cat in the past. Ridgeview made time for this emergency surgery and my cat is recovering well. I am deeply grateful to the whole staff for such an understanding and caring response to this emergency. They saved my cat's life! I highly recommend this veterinary practice. They are clean, skilled, caring, responsive and efficient.
Ridgeview Vet Clinic is the best around! The compassion shown for all animals is outstanding. Dr. Mel and Hollie McDowell put their hearts in their work 7 days a week. The staff are the same. They help alot behind the scenes too to help animals in need. Wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.
