Ever since Pennoptic took over they have provided horrible service. Had my all of my simple tax information by March 1 and they had not even started working on them by the first week of April. I was told they would need to file an extension due to staffing issues??? I picked up my taxes and filed them myself.
Gave them our tax information in March. It’s mid June and they still haven’t filed it. We haven’t heard from them since April when they informed us they needed to file an extension because they were so busy. There’s been no communication since.
