Mrs.McMillan is a founding stylist and national educator @jackwinnpro. Her mission to elevate those around her has brought her to salon ownership in 2020. Rachel takes care to empower each person she comes in contact with, with the proper understanding and education necessary to ensure their investment. She feels it is so important that they know they are already beautiful, capable and so IMPORTANT to her.
