“I had to leave a review because my experience with them was actually quite pleasant.

My german shepherd got out last night and someone called Hoffmans and the catcher went and picked him up.
Then I see all these reviews online.. so I start freaking out. Went out to the kennels to see if they were back yet (they weren’t) and I met Gary, who was super friendly and helpful. He Took my name/number and showed me around the place. It was really clean. There was quite a few dogs in there as well and overall it was just a really nice looking and clean place.

I got my boy back as soon as the dog catcher was back in the area (after business hours) And he was also insanely friendly and helpful with everything as well!

I know there are so many people who have had bad experiences with them (according to the reviews). But mine was actually very pleasant and I had absolutely ZERO issues with the whole ordeal“

“We had 3 sessions with Penny for our fearful dog Jax. She gave us many exercises and tools to practice with him in order to build his confidence and reduce his exposure and reaction to triggers. Jax's issues are too wide-ranging to fully "fix" in just a couple of sessions, but with the tools we received and the behavioral medication we plan to start with our vet, I feel we are better prepared to continue the extensive work he needs to feel safe and stable.“

“We love our Dixie girl and this being the only time we had her boarded the owner and staff were great. She came back smelling so fresh and clean and somewhat calmer. She must of liked the owner because she gave her a big lick. Lol. I would definitely recommend this kennel and will definitely take my Dixie again. Thank you for caring for my girl.“
