It’s a terrible place for your dog to have to go. They apparently have no feelings for animals. They’re so ready to put your lost pets to sleep within what they told me was 48 hours after they get your pet. 😡😡😡😡

I had to leave a review because my experience with them was actually quite pleasant.

My german shepherd got out last night and someone called Hoffmans and the catcher went and picked him up.
Then I see all these reviews online.. so I start freaking out. Went out to the kennels to see if they were back yet (they weren’t) and I met Gary, who was super friendly and helpful. He Took my name/number and showed me around the place. It was really clean. There was quite a few dogs in there as well and overall it was just a really nice looking and clean place.

I can not believe how rude these people are. I simply called to inquire about pulling unwanted dogs from here to save them and the extremely rude woman I had to speak with could not answer my question. Do you actually care about dogs or are you just making money?
