If I could rate them zero stars I would ! I used to go here when Jennifer was the owner , thinking it was still a good establishment I took my 7yr old daughter in for a wash & blowdry before her braid appointment. The stylist used plastic tools with high heat & burned my babies scalp . She cried so bad during the blow drying that I had to step in & detangle her hair myself cause she was trying to rip her hair from root to end . Horrible women in there ! Nasty attitudes , nasty equipment, they need to be shut down . I highly doubt the remaining stylists hold cosmetology licenses
UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP & MNGT & ITS TERRIBLE!!!! Walk in @ 2:40pm. The lady is sleep on the couch. The salon is empty… she has a attitude we interrupted her nap.. I told her we want a wash blow dry & silk press… she says to me.. do you want it flat ironed? Like what? What do you think a silk press is? I took my daughter and left! Believe the reviews! This place is NOTHING like it was in 2021 @ all!!!!! I see why it’s empty in there. The service is horrible. The attitudes and atmosphere = trash!
This place is a joke they will put chemicals in your hair without your knowledge then your hair is just going to start falling out. Any they will hang up the phone on you when you call them to resolve it. Just don’t go there you’ll thank me later
