My parents had a pretty bad raccoon problem. Babies and momma all inside the floor joists and rafters or their home in coal township. Dan was immediately responsive and came right out at his earliest convenience. He came and explained all of the concerns and got right down to business, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He closed off all entry and exits on my parents house, got rid of the entire family of raccoons and even checked in every morning and night after the issue was resolved. We recently had a bat flying in our home in the late evening. I called Zimmerman Wildlife Solutions and Dan came right out at 11:00 p.m. Within minutes of his arrival, he had the bat out of our house. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did a brief inspection of the outside of our home that night. Although he dis not find any concerning areas at that time, we were very uneasy about the situation. Understanding this, Dan fit us in to his busy schedule for the following day and did a full inspection of our home. (Thankfully, he found no evidence of any more bats!)
