I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for my leaky tub...The lady in the office said it’s $84.95 for the first hour and that’s from the moment they leave their office and that doesn’t include and parts or labor they may endure to check the tub.I said, really??? You don’t give free estimates? And the lady just hung up on me!!!!So if that’s how they conduct business over the phone I can’t imagine how they would be to work with. I’m definitely NOT going to use them for any of my plumbing needs!
