“I took my jacket into Faxon Cleaners today to get my zipper on my coat fixed as I had misaligned the zipper. (In my defense I was leaving the oral surgeon’s office and I was shot up with novacain.) Mike worked on my zipper and fixed right while I was there. I thought I would have to leave my coat, possibly get a new zipper and he didn’t charge me for working on it. Now that is how you do business and get repeat customers. I was relieved and felt very blessed. While I was there another customer was picking up his dry cleaning. This customer is a PA State Trooper, when he asked what the total was, the woman helping him took the receipt off, crumpled it up and told him no charge. He was surprised, asked her if she was sure and she said yes, that someone had come in at Christmas time and gave them money to pay for their dry cleaning. How awesome I thought! God bless that person and God bless Faxon cleaners for taking such good care of their customers.”
