Cottrell Basement Waterproofing LLC is a locally owned business that specializes in residential foundation construction, structural repairs, and water mitigation. They are known for providing an exceptional installation service that is unmatched by other contractors. Cottrell's mold removal protocol is unique, as they utilize ozone generators to reach areas that chemical foggers cannot, providing a higher level of sanitation in the industry.
Customers have praised the professionalism and high-quality work of the crew, with one customer noting that their basement has not flooded in the two years since Cottrell waterproofed it. The responsiveness of the owner and the punctuality of the crew have also been highlighted as positive aspects of the business.
Denny, the owner, provided a very reasonable installation quote, and his crew was friendly and respectful of the customers' homes. Denny and his team did an excellent job waterproofing the basements, installing sump pumps, and getting rid of mold, making the basements look brand new. They were also able to install an egress window in a simple and fair process.
