Summit Point built our house at Harveys Lake. As first time home owners, we did not know what to expect. John and Mike were experts in guiding us through the process. We couldn't be happier with our new home The quality is top notch, and we love all the small details they included in our new home.

This is my second home constructed by John Halbing and Summit Pointe builders I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the quality of craftsmanship!!!! Every person that has visited our new home in Saddle Ridge raves about the interior and exterior of our home !! I highly recommend John Halbing!!
