Dave, you have been the best. It is so hard to find someone who can cut natural curly hair dry. Thank you so much for the time you gave me since moving to Dallas, PA. I bought a gift certificate at the library auction 3 years ago. (Kills me that businesses donate items and they don't sell well at the auction.) Best purchase I've ever made at the auction. Friendly, personable, reasonable, and small business local. I live in AZ and make it a point to go to County Scissors and have Dave cut my hair whenever I am in town. Highly recommend!
