They are a pleasure to deal with, answering questions and communicating needed information. During a hard time, they manage to bring some joy and a smile. They are practical and work with clients to find a memorial in their price range to perfectly memorialize a loved one, without greedily trying to sell the most expensive option. Staff members take time to address concerns and help with all needs. Chapel Lawn is highly recommended.
Chapel Lawn is fantastic. Roman was so kind, compassionate and professional in such a hard time. He managed to bring some joy during a time that we were so in need of a smile. Roman didn’t greedily try to sell us the most expensive memorial, but was very practical and worked with us to find something in our price range that would perfectly memorialize our loved one.
