The new vet, Dr. Crabtree, is 10/10. The last doctor never once checked my cat’s teeth, and her teeth were the root cause of all her problems we’ve been dealing with for almost 2 years. If the last doctor had checked her teeth from day one, we would have been able to reduce the pain, suffering, and stress our family went through for 2 years. We mentioned her issues every visit, and they would chalk her issues up to cat acne and stinky breath and dirty ears and basically blaming us for not taking better care of her. We have found our new vet! After a move that put us an hour away from a vet that we loved and used for years, I just hadn't found a closer office I really liked. We had an urgent situation with our dog this week, and he hates the car. Rather than drive all the way to the emergency vet, I started calling around to clinics nearby, hoping to get him an appointment. Cove was able to get him in in 20 minutes, and he had a surgery the same day. They had such wonderful sense of humor and bedside manner with both humans and pets.
