I can't say enough about Glitter by Tori! First, the owner Victoria is a gem! When I first started with her, my nails were so boring. She asked me one day if I wanted to try something new and my nails have been slaying ever since! If you want regular nails , she can help. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SPOIL YOURSELF - this is where you and your nails belong!
