My experience with Floors by Napoli went above and beyond any generic 5 star rating could show you. From the first call explaining the work I needed to have done, to them coming out and explaining the process and what it was going to take was super easy. I really appreciated the honesty on the work and what it was going to look like and them giving me the utmost certainty that they could deliver what I was looking for and THEY DID! They have a great crew who came in like one well oiled machine and it really felt like they were in an out before I could even blink an eye. Carmen and his team went above and beyond when installing our new floors. We purchased an older home and Carmen had a solution for every hidden hiccup. Totally transformed the house. Highly recommend.

Carmen was very easy to contact and helped me through the process. The staff at the place where I picked out the carpeting was wonderful and friendly. It's a great family owned business. The installation took place in two chunks since I had to do the upstairs and the downstairs. They did it a week apart to allow me time to move all the belongings in each room. We talked about how to best install the carpet based on seam placement, and Carmen really gave it some thought and I'm happy with the result of the seam placement.
