She offered me coffee right away, took the time to really talk with me, and actually listened—not just about my hair goals, but about life in general. That alone meant so much to me and instantly put me at ease.<br>Marlie has such a calming, supportive presence. She made me feel beautiful, confident, and truly seen. I never once felt rushed or brushed off. She cared deeply about the health of my hair while still making sure we achieved the exact color I wanted.
