Aaron was a complete a-hole. Completely unprofessional! An arrogant little man with a bad attitude. Here is a bit of our text conversation regarding our grinder pump. *US to The Pump Works: "The alarm has gone off several times today. Maybe you do need to come out after all." We requested an estimate over text. First of all he didn't offer his name when we called The Pump Works...(*RED FLAG WARNING). I asked him Aaron can you give us an idea what the job might cost before you come out? *Aaron: "Yes $180 to service and clean.
