Hands down, this is the best ULTA I've been to in the Pittsburgh area. The employees I encounter are ALWAYS nice and they never hover or give you an attitude. I've had several positive experiences before deciding to write a review. Any time I had complicated returns - or even simple ones - the employees were so kind and willing to help. Today, I went into the store looking at foundations and I wasn't planning on asking for help. However, two very nice employees (one blonde and one brunette who I don't know their names), proactively asked me if I needed help being color matched. I had an amazing experience at Ulta recently, thanks to one of the staff members “Ian” who went above and beyond to assist me. I had previously had a bad experience with getting the wrong shade and incorrect feedback, but this time, she was so patient and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Even though her shift had ended, she stayed to help me, which truly made a difference. Her dedication and outstanding customer service have completely changed my perspective. I’m so grateful for her assistance and will definitely return because of her excellent service!
