I was so fortunate to get an appointment the next morning since I had a concern about a loose crown. I am pleased with my Refresh Dental experience and confident that I am in good hands after x-rays, dental cleaning and a plan for further treatment. There are so many dental practices to choose from in the Cranberry Township area but Refresh Dental is superior and outstanding.
Everyone in the office was absolutely wonderful. Kind and attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and the technology is very up to date. Dr. MORT was so educated and on point, Linda was so so kind and helpful, Tracy was excellent with scheduling and my hygienist and helpers were great and got me a great plan going forward. I was in tears leaving as dental care has not always been like this for me.
Dr. Mort is always so very kind and gentle. She explains things in detail, so I'm not wondering what she's doing or about to do, keeping me informed every step of the way. As well as your office staff person Linda. She always presents herself in a professional yet friendly and welcoming manner.
